Exacting standards. In the quality of our work and the quality of our training.

Our joinery HolzFormArt in Neukirchen-Vluyn realises international projects in the areas of shop fitting and interior fit-outs. We provide brands and companies with the finishing touch with our madetomeasure interiors. We also produce individual pieces of furniture made exactly to the specifications and desires of private customers, too. Every project is different and every day is fascinating.

That also applies to our training programme at HolzFormArt. In our modern business enterprise, we offer apprenticeships for joiners and vocational training in office management. “With my journeyman’s piece for my final exam, I was able to garner first place at guild organisation level in the competition ‘Die Gute Form’.”

Wiebke

The apprenticeship projects at HolzFormArt offer us the opportunity to work autonomously and solve any problems that may occur on our own. Be it a dining table or a piece of solid wood furniture that we’ve designed ourselves – experienced journeymen are always at the ready to help us with questions or problems. So every project is initially a challenge and at the end it has become a huge step forward on my career path.

Lars

Since completing my apprenticeship at HolzFormArt, I have been working towards my qualification as a master joiner and was very quickly entrusted with a lot of responsibility. I am now assembly supervisor, doing exactly what I am best at: I head large projects all over Europe and bring them to a successful conclusion, but at the same time I am still busy in the workshop and involved in the production process. At HolzFormArt, I have every opportunity to shape my career path in keeping with my own ideas.

Vincent

As an apprentice at HolzFormArt, your development is really nurtured. I was even able to work in a joinery in Ethiopia for a month in the second year of my apprenticeship. That was a truly valuable time for me. I learnt so much from the people there and was able to transfer this experience to my day-to-day work here in Germany.

Julia

After my apprenticeship at HolzFormArt, the project management team took me on. I supervise projects from the initial customer consultation and the first designs through to the finished result. It’s a lot of responsibility but the perfect job for me, because I can unite creative thinking with practical knowledge. A fantastic opportunity to continue on my path after completing my apprenticeship.

Team.
Work.
Life.
Passion.

Sustainable. Successful. Individual. These principles guide our training at HolzFormArt. Sustainable means using yet preserving resources. And this applies both to natural resources and to health and motivation. That is why at HolzFormArt we make sure that our training is fascinating every day. That it broadens horizons and fosters creativity. Through teamwork. Through challenges. Through thinking beyond the ordinary boundaries. Because we believe that good training prepares you for life, not just for your profession.

And since we are confident in the quality of our training, we are glad to take on our apprentices even after they have successfully completed their exams. After all, it’s hard to find good skilled workers, and this makes them valuable. So your training is an investment in the future for us as much as it is for you. We do a lot to ensure that our company atmosphere is motivating and fosters good work. Community rooms like our library and our kitchen contribute as much to creating a communicative environment as our project activities, our excursions for trainees – or our beehive project. In the future, every trainee will construct a beehive for themselves and look after the swarm. Our training manager, Antonio Poeira, supervises the whole project, gives advice and monitors the honey harvest. The project is a small contribution to environmental protection – and the field of flowers surrounding the beehives is a perfect place to spend your break and chat to others.
